Concord Grape Custard Pie

Crust:
2½ c. Flour
1 c. Butter
½ tsp. Salt

Filling:
1½ c. Lonz American Cream Concord Wine
4 Large Eggs
¾ c. Sugar
1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp. Vanilla

Topping:
10 oz. Prepared Whipped Topping
3 Tbsp. Flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425° F.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, and cold butter. Cut together until well mixed. Roll out to fit into a 9 inch glass pie pan. Pinch the edges and set aside.

3. In a medium mixing bowl, place the eggs and beat on medium. Add sugar, wine, cream, and vanilla.

4. Mix well for 2 minutes. Pour the filling into prepared pie crust and bake for 50 minutes. Cool completely.

5. In a small mixing bowl, place the prepared whipping cream. Sprinkle the flour over the topping and mix completely to stiffen. Spread over the cooled pie and serve.
