Learn how to make classic gnocchi, the old world Italian way! Bring your own apron (we have aprons to provide as well) and we supply you with a chef hat! Learn how to use the potato, incorporate the flour with other ingredients and roll gnocchi. You will make one pound of gnocchi to take home and we will also cook more in our kitchen and dress it up with a simple tomato basil sauce. After the class, dine on fresh gnocchi, bread and salad paired with two glasses of wine. Recipe included! No refunds.
