Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and this series of yoga poses will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. During this class you can expect to find your edge moving through flowing yoga sequences, working up a sweat and ending with deep relaxation. All level yogis are welcome to come and enjoy a fun class that will have you moving with your breath and the music for an invigorating work out. Don’t forget to bring your mat!
