Serves: 2 – Prep time: 5 Minutes – Cook time: 15-20 Minutes
2ea. Fresh Peaches, cut in 1/8s
1 T. Salt and Pepper
2 T. Canola Oil
1/4 c. White Balsamic Vinegar
1. Cut the peach and remove the pit.
2. Cut eah half into four wedges.
3. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper and oil.
4. Grill until warm.
5. Put peaches in a bowl just big enough to hold them and bath with balsamic.
