Shepherd’s Sangria Pie

Ingredients:
1 C Ohio Sangria
2 prepared pie crusts
4 potatoes, diced
11/2 C turkey, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 C butter
1 (14.5 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. curry
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
1. Fry oil, butter, potatoes and onions for 10 minutes, then add turkey.
2. Mix the wine and corn starch well, then once the turkey has turned white, mix wine mixture in.
3. Start mixing everything else in for five minutes, then pour into a prepared pie curst and lay the other pie crust on top.
4. Press in the top layer firmly on the sides and then place in a prepared oven on 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. Remove and serve.
