2015 Best of Show Mixer – Cooking with Ohio Wines Competition
- 1 cup Catawba wine
- 2 pints fresh raspberries
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup peach simple syrup
- 12 ounces seltzer water
- Pinch smoked salt
- Place the wine and raspberries in French press and infuse the raspberries into the wine.
- Place combination into shaker with juiced lime, salt, ice and syrup.
- Pour into glasses and top with seltzer.
