2015 3rd Place Mixer – Cooking with Ohio Wines Competition

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ounce Ohio blueberry backyard basil syrup
  2. 3 ounces 2012 Meranda-Nixon Cabernet Franc
  3. 1 organic, free-range egg yolk
  4. Martini shaker with ice
  5. Chilled coupe

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the martini shaker.
  2. Shake.
  3. Strain into chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil sprig and enjoy.
