1 Box of white cake mix
1 3oz. Box of blackberry Jello (or other berry flavor)
¾ c. Vegetable oil
1 c. Blackberry wine
4 Eggs
1 c. Pecan pieces


½ Stick of butter
½ c. of Blackberry wine
¼ Box of powdered sugar

1. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans or 1 bundt pan
2. Line the bottom of the pan(s) with half of the nuts
3. Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour over the nuts
4. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes
5. Poke holes in the top of the cake with a toothpick and pour the glaze over the cake as soon as it is removed from the oven
6. Cool and serve
