1 box yellow cake mix (do not use cake mix that already has pudding in mix)
1 (3&3/4oz) box instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. unoaked Ohio dry white wine
1&1/2 c. chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except nuts for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape all sides of bowl, and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Fold in 1 cup pecans.
5. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
6. Sprinkle remaining pecans on bottom of pan.
7. Add cake batter.
8. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
9. Cool on baking rack.
